A Community with a Vision

The Saugatuck Township Board and Manager maintain a multi-year strategic action plan that guides the activities and goal setting for the Township.

The current plan is the product of a strategic action planning process that occurred in December 2020 and January 2021 and is reviewed on an annual basis. A report from that process has been prepared and presented.
