Saugatuck Township is committed to transparency and open government. This page provides easy access to meeting materials for the Township Board, Planning Commission, and Parks Commission.
What You’ll Find
- Agendas and Meeting Packets are posted on the Township website at least two days before regularly scheduled meetings and no less than 18 hours before special meetings.
- Approved Meeting Minutes are usually posted online within 48 hours of formal approval by the board or commission.
- Draft Meeting Minutes are typically available within eight days after a meeting and may be requested from the Township Office.
Making these materials available helps keep residents informed and engaged in local decision-making.
