General Provisions

This Consolidated Fee Schedule shall establish and require the payment of fees for administrative expenses incurred by the Township of Saugatuck, in processing requests for reviews, approvals, permits, certificates, inspections, meetings, licenses, ordinance amendments, and such other requests requiring action by the Township of Saugatuck; as allowed or provided by federal, state, county, or local law or ordinance.
