In a General Law Township, the Clerk is an elected official with associated statutory duties. The Clerk’s Office is supported by a full time staff member who ensures the fulfillment of statutory and other duties of the Clerk’s Office.

The Clerk’s Office is responsible for:

• Maintaining all Township records
• Facilitating elections
• Receiving and processing FOIA requests
• Notary Public

The Township Clerk’s Office provides Notary Public services free of charge for any Township resident or business owner during our regular office hours, 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
