Saugatuck Township

Saugatuck Township is a coastal community located in southwest Michigan that encompasses a diverse area of natural beauty, including miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline, expansive marshes of the Kalamazoo River, and towering dunes. The Township is committed to meeting community needs in infrastructure, conservation and outdoor recreation, and public safety and equity to enhance the quality of life for all.

The purpose of our new website is to provide a comprehensive resource hub, showcasing relevant information tailored to different stakeholders. It aims to offer easy access to permits, licensing, community events, local services, public meetings and records, zoning regulations, and development guidelines.

Saugatuck Township Maintains a Strategic Action Plan that identifies its Mission, 10-Year Vision, Core Values, and projects for the current fiscal year.

There are three postal districts within Saugatuck Township: Saugatuck, Fennville and Hamilton.  Check the Postal Map for the boundaries of these postal districts.
