Strategic Planning

The mission of the Saugatuck Township Parks and Recreation Commission is to guide, shape, and preserve the heritage of our natural areas for the purpose of play, exploration, and appreciation. In pursuit of that mission, Parks regularly engages in strategic planning activities; including master planning for existing park properties and prioritizing of new properties for acquisition.
