Packets, Agenda & Minutes

Saugatuck Township is committed to transparency by providing easy access to meeting materials for the Township Board, Planning Commission, and Parks Commission.

Agendas and full meeting packets are posted on the Township website at least two days prior to regularly scheduled meetings, and no less than 18 hours in advance for special meetings.

Draft minutes are typically available within eight days of a meeting and can be requested from the Township office. Final approved minutes are posted after formal adoption.

This process helps keep residents informed and engaged in local decision-making.
