A Community with a Vision

Saugatuck Township is committed to thoughtful, forward-looking governance. To help guide decisions and set priorities, the Township Board and Manager maintain a multi-year Strategic Action Plan that outlines key goals and initiatives.

The current plan was developed through a collaborative planning process held in December 2020 and January 2021, and it is reviewed and updated annually to reflect evolving community needs and progress.
